Apple cake

Apple cake

Peel the apples and cut them into slices. Grease the pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, place the apples, sprinkle 5 tablespoons of sugar and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

When they are ready, sprinkle with cinnamon.

For the composition, process as follows: beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the beaten egg yolks with 4 tablespoons of sugar and mix lightly with a wooden spoon. Then add 4 tablespoons of oil, 4 tablespoons of flour and baking powder. Pour the composition over the apples from the oven and leave them in the oven for another 30 minutes on medium heat.

When they are ready, turn them over on a plate and the apples will remain on top. They peel off very nicely. I sprinkled powder on the apples again.

I put a layer of finetti over the cake, and I put whipped cream over the finetti (I colored it yellow with a food coloring) and I sprinkled cocoa over the whipped cream.

Ripe apple cake

Today I propose a recipe for apple cake with a childhood taste. I can't wait to try it again!

Today I propose a recipe for apple cake with a childhood taste. I can't wait to try it again & # 8211 ripe apple pie.

Ingredients

  • 6-7 apples, suitable
  • 9 tablespoons brown sugar for caramelized + 4 tablespoons brown sugar for countertop
  • 70 g walnut kernels, ground
  • 4 tablespoons magic plum
  • 5 tablespoons wholemeal flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons coconut, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Steps needed to prepare

  1. You need a taller round tray (approx. 15cm) or a round heat-resistant glass bowl. I prefer the latter option. Brown the caramelized sugar: put the sugar in a bowl over medium heat, stirring constantly and then when it is completely melted, cover the bowl with the burnt sugar more evenly. Leave to cool.
  2. In the meantime, peel the apples and the spine. After the lined sugar has cooled, arrange the apples in a bowl.
  3. The ground walnut is mixed with the plum jam. The composition thus obtained is placed in the remaining places inside the apples and between them, after which the vessel is put for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
  4. As the apples soften, we take care of the countertop. The eggs break, separating the egg whites from the yolks.
  5. Rub the yolks well with 4 tablespoons of sugar, oil, water and vanilla.
  6. Whisk the egg whites and when they have hardened, add the yolks. Carefully incorporate, stirring from the bottom to the top, so as not to leave the egg white.
  7. The five tablespoons of wholemeal flour are mixed with baking powder and then sprinkled in the rain in the bowl with the composition, mixing in the same way.
  8. The composition of the countertop is poured over the bowl with the ripe apples and put in the oven for about half an hour (but the toothpick test is the safest).

Finally, after removing from the oven, sprinkle grated coconut over the apples.

Apple pudding

my opinion is that they are apple cake, because there is a countertop over them.
Anyway, I think it's super good and I'll do it this weekend. thanks a lot .

Our dear Man at the Pan,
I found this blog by chance and I already made bird's milk according to your recipe that was a real success in front of my guests on the day of the ascension, and today I will make the recipe presented by you. I respect you for making time for us most little inspired by the kitchen.
A special day.

Thanks for the nice words, I hope the apple pudding was as successful as the bird's milk.

I really like the oatmeal and dried fruit biscuits I buy from the store, but I would like a recipe to make them at home. Thank you!

If you thanked me in advance, I will try to post a recipe. But I don't promise it will be too soon, but I put it on the list)

Oops! Interesting recipe. I also have many recipes for fried apples but not like that :) Come on, let's get to work :)))))

You should send me some too, to exchange recipes :)) I think I should introduce a special section with readers' recipes.

The taste was great, but I think I made the dough too soft because the apples were on the bottom of the tray. Otherwise it was very delicious. Thank you very much for more recipes. Kisses !!

There are two options: You mixed the dough more vigorously than you should and it didn't come out fluffy enough. Or maybe it was very fluffy and you just poured it over the apples, without stirring and it stayed on top.

UPS! I didn't mix :(, but there's nothing I promise I'll be an example next time!

:) It's good that we even managed to find out where the & quotbuba & quot was.

what goodies have you prepared! I like it a lot!

On the one hand, I'm glad that people who appreciate Caragiale enter my blog, and on the other hand, I'm saddened to think that their expectations are quite high. I should also pay more attention to what I write, I even noticed a comma completely nonsensical in the comment that you liked so much: D And literary talent has never been my strong point, the proof being that until and the high school I went to was an economic one.
Maybe you'll come in and tell me how your recipe came out.

what else to answer !? I better start blogging :)))

I've read it a hundred times, as a therapy, and it's the smartest answer I've ever received to a remark that may not be very polite.
I don't know how and where the idea of "quotmariner" came from, but it anointed my heart. I left the country, where I was a Romanian teacher, and the "seaman" suddenly brought me a lot of beautiful memories.
thanks again for such a nice and smart answer .. and i will do the & quotmariner & quot check today

Hi:) I also made this recipe because I was lazy to grate the apples (you know the old apple pie recipe) and it's faster, which I was very happy about: P. While preparing it, I noticed that the baking powder was missing. Didn't you put it at all or forgot to write it down to the ingredients? I put it in flour and mixed it. From the pictures your pudding looks fluffy :) Mine is in the oven now, I can't wait to see the result :) Thank you very much for this quick and easy apple recipe

With pleasure, Nico! Initially, I also liked the recipe for convenience, it seemed very simple. But I see that you eventually complicated it by adding baking powder :)) If it somehow escapes me in the list of ingredients, then I would surely have mentioned it when I started preparing the recipe. How was your pudding?

It was super good! It came out very fluffy and grew well :) Honestly without baking powder I have emotions that it does not grow as well and does not come out fluffy

You should have no problem growing pudding if you mix carefully and keep the egg whites fluffy. But you know better, good security outweighs bad danger, right? :)

It's a great pudding recipe. very good for a hot day! I did it several times and it came out excellent. At the last & # 39 & # 39 performance & # 39 & # 39 I improved it with a vanilla cream for appearance and taste. what should I say next. With pleasure, Cornelia! Your friend is right, this name fits the recipe. dream cake: D Was your friend enchanted by my version or by your improved version? I also have my curiosities :)

Of my version, of course, but wasn't your recipe the basis? Whatever it is, this pudding is very good! I try different recipes from you more and more often and I am pleased to see that they are all wonderful!

My goal is to make you try only recipes from me: D Only then I will have to cook more often.

I'll be back the third day after Christmas with the answer.
Yes, I live in Montreal and I really miss Romanian from Romania, because here we mix (or mix) three languages, and in the end we don't speak any of them perfectly. I rejoice in my heart when I see a purely Romanian expression, and you don't realize what a balm it is.
Anyway, I remember & quotmariner & quot every day, and I laugh at myself. my girls keep asking me for a dog, but if I buy them a precise one will call him a sailor. ha, ha
in fact, more than the name, I liked the concept, the super clever idea of naming the cake so that it would reconcile everyone.
you don't have to worry about the quality of the blog because it's super ultra good and nice. and you know something? if the blogger is cool, everyone loves the blog. (If the bloggers are extras, they don't even read their recipes, no matter how good they are.). I really like your blog, the style and the way you cook and how you present the recipes. simple, attractive and good.
of course I did `` the sailor``` in about 3 weekends he came out deadly. with the difference that I made it in 2 trays that I put in the oven at once. I didn't want to risk running out of anything after half an hour, so out of 2 trays, I had the next day. the only problem is that it is addictive.

How quickly we respond, it seems that we live in a time when transatlantic flights had not yet appeared and it took an eternity to reach correspondence :)
Now I laugh alone when I hear what you want to call your dog. If you comment on another recipe, you should sign & quotAlina Montreal & quot or "Allina Mariner" so that I know you are. I hope you still have the same opinion about my blog and that you come back when you need a certain recipe. And I hope you haven't been able to get rid of the addiction given by & quotmariner & quot: D

This apple cake is one of the first cakes I made in college. It's very easy to make, very presentable, and I'm not even talking about taste.

So let's get to work. In the first, caramelize the sugar over low heat, as for the burnt sugar cream. Spread well on the entire surface of the pot (and on the edges, up to the top) and let it cool.

Meanwhile, cut the apples into slices (I didn't peel them) and prepare the dough:

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites with the 5 tablespoons of sugar until they become hard. Then add the yolks, one by one. Continue mixing until the foam is homogeneous. Add a tablespoon of flour in the rain, and finally add the baking powder (half an envelope).

We check the caramelized sugar to see if it has hardened, when it is ready we grease it well with butter everywhere. Put all the sliced apples on the bottom of the pot, and then pour the dough.

Put in the hot oven and leave until it passes the toothpick test.

You can let your imagination run wild. In the last one I made, from place to place I put some pieces of chocolate. a delight!
It can be served with whipped cream or fresh fruit.

O zi deosebita.

Thank you!

In rest a fost foarte delicioasa.Merci mult si la mai multe retete.Pupici!!

Thank you!

Whole apple and whipped cream cake

  • -7-8 mere
  • -150 g miez de nuca
  • -100 g sugar
  • -1 lingurita scortisoara pudra
  • For the countertop
  • -6 oua
  • -6 linguri de zahar
  • -6 linguri cu varf de faina
  • -50 g butter
  • -vanilla
  • For decoration:
  • -400 g frisca naturala
  • -250 g mascarpone
  • -100 g zahar pudra
  • -vanilla

Asa ca&hellip va povestesc putin fara poze. & # 128578

Cake top

Separate the egg white from the yolk.

Tips from Gina Bradea

In primele 15 minute nu se deschide cuptorul.

Leave to cool.

Don't forget the main ingredient:

Nu are rost sa va mai spun cat este de gustos si ce parfum are acest tort. E minunat!

Apple cake with burnt sugar cream

Recipe video Apple cake with burnt sugar cream lower:

Separate the yolks from the whites.

Punem in cuptorul incins si lasam pana cand trece testul cu scobitoarea.
