Inspired by Raluca's recipe, this delicious cake came out. I adjusted the quantities a bit, as it came to my eyes. :))

I mixed the soft butter at room temperature together with the cream cheese. I added 100 g of sugar (powder) and mixed until I got a fine cream.

I separated the eggs, adding the yolks in the cream cheese, one by one, mixing well after each one. I mixed the flour with the baking powder and added it to the cream, mixing lightly.

I beat the egg whites hard with a pinch of salt. I added the rest of the sugar and vanilla essence and mixed until I got a glossy meringue. I poured over the cheese mixture and mixed.

I baked in the cake pan lined with baking paper, over medium heat, until browned on top.

Allow to cool, remove from the pan, portion and sprinkle with plenty of powdered sugar. ;)

For the dough, mix all the ingredients together, knead them by hand. Sprinkle the obtained dough with flour and spread it with the rolling pin between two baking sheets, in a rectangular shape. The rolled dough should be larger than the tray.

Prepare the cake pan, cover it with baking foil. Place the dough in the pan and let the edges hang out.

For the filling, mix the cheese together with the yolks and the rest of the ingredients.

Mix the egg whites well (4 in number) and then incorporate them lightly, mixing from the bottom up in the cheese composition.

Place half the amount of filling over the dough, then a row of bitter biscuits. Pour the remaining filling and then gather the edges of the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Method of preparation

1. Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve or mix it using a food processor.

5. Add the raisins, sifted flour and baking powder. If desired, you can replace the raisins with other dried fruits. Mix until you get a smooth dough.

Pears in puff pastry with cheese

You need: 1 puff pastry dough Linco PATISERO 400 g, 9 suitable pears, 1 egg, 200 g cream cheese, 100 g cheese with mold or feta, 1 tablespoon dried fruit, 1 tablespoon lightly baked walnut kernels, 1 pinch of salt

For syrup: 200 ml of water, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Optional: 1 teaspoon of orange blossom water or 1 cinnamon stick

  1. Allow the dough to thaw according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
  3. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  4. Put all the ingredients for the syrup in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  5. Grease the pears with syrup and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Spread the dough a little and cut it into four equal parts.
  7. Grease four forms with a little butter.
  8. Mix the moldy cheese with the cream cheese, salt, chopped dried fruit and walnut kernels.
  9. Put the puff pastry in each form and add a tablespoon of cheese filling.
  10. Fill each pear with 1-2 teaspoons of cream cheese.
  11. Put 2-3 pears in each shape, depending on its size.
  12. Grease the edges of the dough with a little beaten egg.
  13. Bake at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Check with vegetables and cheese

1. Prepare the cake tin, line it with butter and flour or baking paper and put it in the oven at a temperature of 120 degrees.

2. Separate the eggs and rub the butter with the salt. Add one egg yolk, mixing well and sift the flour and prepare the baking powder.

Over the butter cream, add the flour and the beaten egg whites in the rain. 3. Mix lightly and gradually incorporate with the right chopped peppers, diced cheese, olives and striped egg whites.

4. After all the ingredients have been incorporated, pour the composition into the pan and place in the oven at a reduced temperature for about 80 minutes.

5. After baking, leave it to cool only after it has cooled, cut it into pieces, just as we cut the cake and serve it with different salads or other appetizers perfectly matched with this special cake.

You really don't have to be a master of the kitchen to be able to prepare appetizer cake with cheese. The preparation is very simple. Here are the steps you need to follow:

Cut the salami and Parisian into cubes, and grate the cheese.

Eggs, margarine, oil, mustard and flour use them to make a soft dough.

2 canned tuna pieces in oil
240g flour
200g gorgonzola (cheese with green or blue mold)
100g oil

Method of preparation:

We open the canned tuna and take out the tuna in a strainer to drain the oil.

We take the cheese with mold out of the package and crush it into small pieces.

We wash the zucchini, clean it and cut it into small cubes.

We wash the peppers, remove their stalks, clean them of seeds and cut them into small cubes.

We clean the onion and cut it into small pieces.

Put oil in a pan and heat the onion.

When the onion has become glassy, ​​add the diced peppers, mix and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the diced zucchini over the onion and pepper in advance, mix, pour 250 ml of water and leave everything on the fire until the water decreases.

After the vegetables are done, take them out in a strainer and let them drain to remove the excess oil.

Put eggs in a bowl and mix well.

Add the oil and mix until smooth.

Mix in a bowl the flour with the sachet of baking powder and pour this mixture over the composition of eggs mixed with oil. Mix everything until smooth.

Over this composition we add the cheese with mold, the pieces of tuna, the pepper, the onion and the hardened zucchini and we mix.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix again and the cake composition is ready.

Grease a heat-resistant form or a tray with oil, line it with flour and pour the cake composition into it.

Put the cake in the preheated oven and let it bake for 30 minutes.
